38jl Terms and Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Bets

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 38jl online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at 38jl.best ("Platform"). They form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "Member," "User") and 38jl ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 38jl platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

38jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an account at 38jl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation.
• You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by 38jl for any breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 38jl platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited at 38jl's discretion.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and to promptly update your account details should any information change. 38jl may request identity verification documents at any point, including upon account opening, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review.

Your 38jl account credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — are your responsibility. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 38jl support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

38jl is not liable for any losses that result from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. Bets placed using your credentials are assumed to be placed by you unless you have reported a security incident to 38jl prior to those bets being placed.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your 38jl account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity, until a security incident has been formally reported and the account has been suspended.

All financial transactions at 38jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in the Philippines:

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 38jl account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 38jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment method must match the registered account holder's name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in the name of the registered player. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer requests may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the receiving institution.

38jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where a compliance review has been initiated. This is a standard regulatory measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

From time to time, 38jl offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your 38jl account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used by the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 38jl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to cancel a bonus already credited to an account if there is evidence of abuse, duplicate accounts, or any violation of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the amount exceeding the wagering threshold becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates as specified in each promotion's terms.

Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures — through matched betting, arbitrage with bonus funds, or systematic patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play — may have their bonus revoked and account reviewed under 38jl's abuse prevention policy.

38jl offers sports betting markets on basketball (PBA, NBA, UAAP), volleyball (PVL, UAAP), esports (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, Dota 2, Valorant, CS2, and others), and additional sporting events as listed on the platform. The following betting rules apply to all sports markets:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 38jl may withdraw or suspend markets at any time before a match begins without notice.
• Bets placed on markets that were created in error — including incorrect odds, incorrect teams, or incorrect event details — may be voided by 38jl at its discretion. The stake will be returned in full.
• In the event a match is postponed before it begins, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned. If a match begins but is abandoned or declared void by the official tournament organiser, settlement will follow 38jl's published sport-specific rules.
• Live (in-play) bets are final once confirmed by the platform. 38jl is not responsible for any delay between on-field events and live odds updates that may affect your betting decision.
• Settlement of sports markets follows the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body or tournament organiser. 38jl does not accept protests or re-settlement requests based on unofficial sources.
• Maximum stake and win limits apply per market and per member. These are determined by 38jl and may vary by sport, market, and member tier.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 38jl. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of any account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without genuine manual human input.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits are not payable.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity using the 38jl platform.
• Registering an account while subject to a self-exclusion order or any regulatory restriction on gambling participation.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to use your 38jl account.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, restriction, or access control on the platform.

38jl actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, accounts may be suspended and investigated without prior notice. The player will be informed of any decision and given the opportunity to respond.

By registering at 38jl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements. 38jl does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory bodies) where necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

You may close your 38jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified and available balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to our standard verification requirements.

38jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, including fraud, cheating, or money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation.
• Dormant accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 38jl will attempt to contact you before treating an account as dormant.
• Regulatory direction or legal requirement.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 38jl may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. Players will be informed of any account action and given the opportunity to respond through the formal dispute process described in Section 12.

The 38jl platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. 38jl is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity interruptions that prevent you from placing or managing bets.
• Third-party payment provider delays or failures.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunication outages.
• Actions of third parties, including unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable credential security.

38jl's total liability to any player in connection with their account or activity on the platform, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the player's 38jl account balance at the time the liability arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 38jl account, betting settlement, bonus, or transaction, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact 38jl customer support via live chat or email at support@38jl.best. Provide a clear description of the issue and any supporting information (transaction IDs, screenshots, dates and times).
• Step 2: Support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution or escalation timeline.
• Step 3: If the initial response does not resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our compliance team. You will receive a formal written response within 5 business days.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 38jl platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process described above.

38jl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file and display a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the 38jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the new Terms take effect.
